Liliana' Villa is a two storey house set in its own grounds surrounded by lots of orange and lemon trees in the rural area of Kipseli. This is a village about 7 Kms from Zakynthos town which is famous for the abundance of water springs and its lush vegetation. Very quiet area , to relax and be away from the tourist parts of the island..
The Villa is a comfortable two storey house. The upstairs apt is empty during the summer as this is the owner's winter home. The downstairs apt is available. The most attractive part is the B.BQ.area with the big stone table next to the large swimming pool , practically under the lemon trees.. This beautiful property is ideal for big families, or group of friends.
It consists of 3 bedrooms , a large living room , a dining -kitchen area and 2 bathrooms. It is very comfortable in bright summer colors surrounded by big verandas. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove for cooking , dish washer , washing -dryer machine , microwave , toaster, coffee maker and all cutlery and crockery needed. One of the bathrooms is fairly large with a large bath tab .
The other has a shower . There is a satellite TV, and a DVD player and AC . Maid service 3 times a week and linen change 2 times a week.
